Processing Time
Each order is handmade and personalized just for you. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic (within Germany): 3–5 business days

International: 3–21 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem, and we will work with you to make it right.
